Terry Crawford
Terry Crawford is an experienced large enterprise General Manager, company director and strategic advisor. He is currently Acting General Counsel to Yancoal Australia Limited, Director of Yancoal Resources Limited and Director of Opera Queensland Limited.
As Head of International Strategy, HSBC in London he gained extensive experience formulating and setting strategy for businesses domiciled domestically and internationally. From 1990 to 2004 he developed an excellent understanding of financial and commercial matters while working in banking, investment banking and corporate advisory roles including working in senior positions with three leading international banks.
Terry was General Manager of Queensland Stockland Development Limited from 2004 to 2005 where he was responsible for leading the highly profitable Queensland operation of Australia’s largest residential property developer.
Terry has held many past directorships including Chairman of i lab incubator Pty Limited, Director of Yancoal Australia Limited, Director of Gladstone Ports Corporation and Director of Starlight Children’s Foundation.
He was appointed to the Mater Board in June 2012.
