How can I contact the parking attendant?
Use the intercom on the paystations or phone 07 3163 8914 between 6.30 am and 9.30 pm Monday to Friday and 11.30 am to 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday, excluding public holidays. Calls outside these times will be diverted to Mater security.
How do I exit?
Please pay your ticket at any of our eight auto pay stations prior to returning to your car. Once you are in your car please follow the arrows and exit signs. At the exit, insert your paid ticket into the exit verifier. The gate will then rise to allow you to exit.
How do I get a receipt?
When you pay at the auto pay stations press the green receipt button. This will generate a receipt which can be collected from the change flap. Alternatively, when paying at our car park customer service centre, please request a receipt from the car park attendant prior to making your payment.
Please note that we are unable to issue receipts if you pay at the pay station and do not push the green receipt button.
How do I pay for parking?
