How to apply

In order to be eligible, applicants must submit the following:

Selection Process

Applications for our Graduate program will follow a five (5) stage recruitment process:

1. Shortlisting

Candidates application will be reviewed by a member of our recruitment team and will progress to stage 2 if successful through preliminary screening.

2. Pre-selection video screening

Video screening (or "asynchronous") is a new form of pre-screening interview in which you, the applicant, are guided through a short online interview process through a user friendly online portal.

This video pre-selection screen can be completed at any time within the dates provided, that is suitable to you via any camera enabled device (i.e smart phone, tablet, computer)

You will be asked 3x questions and your answer is recorded in front of your webcam. You will have 1 attempt at all the questions similar to that of a face to face interview. In order to prepare, there will be practice questions available to you so you feel comfortable with the process before completing your screen.

3. Face to face interviews

If successful post pre-selection video, you will be invited to attend an on-campus interview that will last approx. 30min. You will be asked to respond to pre-prepared questions which could include behavioural, competency and technical questions.

4. Background checks

If you progress through to our background checks stage you will be asked to complete a police and work entitlements check along with the recruitment team completing/sighting relevant reference checks.

If all application processes and checks have met our successful criteria you will receive an initial letter of offer outlining the details of your verbal offer is successful.

5. Contract of employment

You will receive your formal contract and relevant on-boarding paperwork to be completed and submitted prior to commencement.
