SILC

Supported Independent Living Collaborative (SILC) is an action research program that will improve access for episodic or low need consumers.

The aim is to resource consumers who would benefit from brief intervention which would delay or avoid progression in to the moderate to high user groups.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for SILC, you must be:
  • HACC eligible
  • in the QEII Health district
  • be a limited or first time service user.
