Mater MRI Department
Mater's Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Department is one of Australia's leading paediatric MRI sites, and currently performs approximately 100 MRI scans (under anaesthetic) each month.The MRI machine is capable of scanning all areas of the body, and is one of a handful of 3T machines across the world that can perform paediatric cardiac imaging.
