Mater Businesses

Mater Health Services owns and operates four retail cafés on the South Brisbane campus as well as the popular Mater Florist. All proceeds from these businesses contribute to patient care and medical research and we appreciate the ongoing support of our customers.

The Green Shop located in Mater Mothers Hospital opens until 8 pm Monday to Friday and 8 am to 3 pm on Saturday and Sunday. It offers a wide variety of delicious, freshly baked, gourmet pizzas delivered within the hospital between 5 pm and 8 pm, or to take home with you. Orders can be placed by phoning +61 7 3163 8036.

Jacobs Well, situated on the ground floor of the Children’s Hospital, has been designed with the family in mind while still offering the benefits of a homemade children’s menu and greater variety of drinks. If it’s a relaxed atmosphere that you’re looking for head to Chloe’s Café situated on level 6 of the Private.

Alternatively, for those who are always on the go or just want the best coffee this side of the river, head to McAuley Café, conveniently located on level two of the Mater Adult Hospital for friendly efficient service.

Which ever one you choose you are guaranteed to receive high quality food and service at a reasonable price.

  The chicks in pink teamwear range is “feel good” fashion for chicks of all ages and sizes. The range includes signature t-shirts, polo shirts, gym wear, tracksuits, jerseys, cotton pj’s, bikinis and socks . The teamwear fashion range promotes and supports breast cancer awareness with 100% of the profits directed toward care, support and treatment of breast cancer patients at Mater and breast cancer research programs
