Stepping into a newly-created role at Mater in 2005, Caroline is instrumental in the effective management of Mater’s 6000 plus staff members.

Caroline is passionate about building sustainable businesses by focusing on people, a field she has significant experience in. Since joining, she has been looking at how to meet the challenges Mater faces as a complex employer in a fast changing, highly competitive global market.
