Mater has a several areas where patients and visitors can be dropped off. These zones are indicated on the map, but are subject to time restrictions.
All our multi-level car parks have clearly marked disabled parking bays near the lifts and walkways.
Our car park attendants are able to assist you with your queries at a car parking booth between 7 am and 8.30 pm Monday to Friday and 8.30 am and 8.30 pm on Saturday and Sunday (excluding public holidays). If the booth is unattended, use the intercom at a pay station and someone will assist you.
When you pay at the auto pay stations press the green receipt button. This will generate a receipt which can be collected from the change flap. Alternatively, when paying at our car park customer service booth, please request a receipt from the car park attendant prior to making your payment.
To pay at a pay station at each car park, you can pay with a credit card on exit, or within the opening hours of the customer service booths.
Please note all pay stations take most coins (except 5c pieces), notes, Visa and Mastercards.
The maximum for one day is $35 (7—24 hours). If you are leaving with the intention of returning the same day, contact the car parking attendant and they will issue you with a multi-exit day pass for $35.
Press the intercom at the pay station and a car park attendant will assit you.
You will need to report to a customer service booth (Level 4, Mater Hill West Car Park or Level 1, Hancock Street Car Park) where your ticket will be replaced, and the maximum daily rate will be charged. The lost ticket fee of $45 will occur.
Visit the customer service booth and speak to a car parking attendant about the ticket options available to you.
Or prior to parking, email car park management at carpark.management@mater.org.au
