Biography

Dr Muntaser Musameh is a cardiologist who specialises in coronary and structural intervention.

During his career he has gained considerable experience managing complex coronary disease using advanced techniques such as rotational atherectomy and intravascular imaging (IVUS and OCT). He is also adept at performing PFO/ASD closures and aortic balloon valvuloplasties. While studying for his PHD he conducted research on myocardial ischaemia-reperfusion injury

Dr Musameh received his medical degree from Al-Quds University in Palestine. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (FRACP).
