Biography
Dr Alison Hallett is an orthopaedic surgeon specialising in adult upper limb elective and trauma surgery.
She completed her medical degree at the University of Liverpool in 1995 and did her orthopaedic specialist training in Edinburgh. Alison did an upper limb fellowship in Perth in 2007 with Dr Peter Hales and undertook a clinical visitation with Dr Christian Gerber in Zurich in 2008 before starting her consultant practice in England in 2009. Alison has been a consultant orthopaedic surgeon at Bundaberg Base Hospital since 2018.
Dr Hallett is actively involved in teaching and training of medical students and junior doctors.
