Dr Leonard Yared is highly experienced in all types of pregnancies, including multiple pregnancies, high-risk Pregnancies and vaginal birth after caesarean section (VBAC). With over 40 years experience in both the public and private sector, he is a wealth of knowledge and experience, and loves to use his expertise to deliver one-on-one care.
With a single doctor practice, Dr Yared provides highly attentive care, doing all of his own antenatal visits, as well as most of his own confinements, even on weekends. He gets to know his patients really well, and loves being part of the end result - a healthy mother and baby, and growing family unit. To help his patients get to this result, his top advice is to be confident and relaxed, as well as not listen to unsolicited advice from people.
Dr Yared has been married for 49 years, and he has three children (all of whom were born at Mater Mothers’ Private Brisbane), and seven grandchildren.
