Patrick Brady has been an integral member of Mater for many years, appointed as a Mater Board Director in 2019 and Board Chair in 2024.
He has served as a member of Mater’s Finance, Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and has chaired the Strategic Development and Sustainable Infrastructure Committee.
From 2017 – 2019, Mr Brady was also Chair of Mater Health Services North Queensland Limited.
Mr Brady brings more than 40 years’ experience in the civil engineering industry in metropolitan and regional Queensland across urban development, public infrastructure, and mining engineering.
He is the founder and Chair of Premise Holdings Pty Ltd, one of Queensland’s leading engineering firms.
Mr Brady’s previous Board positions include immediate past Chairman of the Port of Townsville Limited and president of the Townsville Branch of Urban Development Industry Australia (UDIA).
