With more than three decades of leadership experience, Steven Rubic has a wealth of industry and business expertise as a change leader at operational and strategic levels as well as a comprehensive understanding of turnaround strategy and implementation.
Having served as CEO in private equity, state health, and Catholic healthcare organisations, Steven has a strong track record of effectively managing complex stakeholder issues in highly regulated environments and is adept at fostering results-driven teams with high levels of engagement.
In addition to his current directorships, Steven has held positions on several prestigious boards, including Chris O'Brien Lifehouse, Macquarie University, the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, and Health Industry Superannuation. He also previously chaired Monte Sant'Angelo Mercy College and the NSW Private Hospitals' Industry Association.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Health Administration (UNSW), a Master of Business Administration (MGSM), and is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australasian College of Health Service Management.
