An experienced people and HR executive, Georges has lead HR functions in the public health system including the Logan and Bayside Health Network, eHealth Queensland and in the Department of Health in the Employment Arrangements area in addition to time in heavy manufacturing and the aged care sector.  

While Georges initial focus was industrial relations, his interest in ethical decision making has meant his experience has broadened to include organisational development and delivery on innovative workforce models. Georges focus is on practical and pragmatic people solutions to empower decision making at the local level. 

Georges holds qualifications in Employment Relations, Business Administration and currently enrolled in a law degree. 

The Mission of Mater is close to Georges’ heart and his formation includes his participation in the Mission Leadership Program. 

Georges lives with his wife, daughter and son in the leafy suburb of Tarragindi.
