Dr Meetiksha Malhotra

Dr Meetiksha Malhotra is an experienced consultant psychiatrist with an expertise in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. With a membership for the Royal College of Psychiatrists, UK, awarded in 2008, Dr Malhotra completed specialist training at St Mary's Higher Training Scheme, London, in 2013.

Throughout her career, Dr Malhotra has worked at world-leading institutions including the University College of London and St Mary’s Hospital, London, along with other tertiary care hospitals and community mental health services across London and the Midlands.

Moving to Australia in 2020, Dr Malhotra turned her focus to providing care for children and adolescents in community and regional/rural settings through telehealth, obtaining FRANZCP in 2021 and subsequently joining private practice.

A specialist in working with children and young people facing complex mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and psychosis, Dr Malhotra has a particular interest in neurodevelopmental disorders and learning disabilities, specialising in the assessment and management of ADHD, ASD, and Tourette's disorders. Her practice involves comprehensive assessments, personalised treatment plans that incorporate medication and therapeutic options, and offering parenting and behaviour management interventions.
