Biography

Dr Joe Putman has been a radiologist with I-MED Radiology since 1985, having trained in the UK.

Dr Putman has been instrumental in the expansion of I-MED Radiology’s Central Queensland business, recruiting overseas trained doctors to the clinics in the region, facilitating the provision of imaging equipment and techniques usually only available in metropolitan centres.

He worked as a Resident Medical Officer at Rockhampton Hospital in the late 1970s with several doctors who are now GPs and specialists in the region and has been awarded an Honorary Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists.
