Medical recruitment for Junior Medical Staff (Interns, JHOs, SHOs, PHOs, Registrars, Advanced Trainees and Fellows) is mostly done via the Queensland Health Intern and RMO Campaigns. These campaigns are held each year (commencing in May/June) and include all Queensland Health hospitals, Mater hospitals in South East Queensland and Greenslopes Private Hospital.

With such a wide variety of specialties, Mater offers a broad range of medical, surgical, outpatient, emergency and community health services across the spectrum of clinical specialties. At Mater, we aim to provide our staff with the highest standard of professional and personal support offering flexibility and conditions not readily available elsewhere.

If you would like to enquire about a junior medical officer position outside of the campaign please review our Medical Careers Website for current vacancies or contact the Medical Education and Workforce Services team at rmorecruitment@mater.org.au
