Mater has patient dedicated parking available in P4 Mater Hill West car park which provides connection to major clinical facilities on site as well as access to a customer service booth and a volunteer support desk. Access to P4 Mater Hill West is via Stanley Street and Water Street.

Please note: the following heights are the maximum vehicle clearance within each carpark:

• Hancock Street Car Park - 2.25m
• Mater Hill West Car Park - 2.1m
• Mater Hill East Car Park - 2.3m
• Mater Medical Centre Car Park - 2.0m
• Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital - 2.2m.

Car park rates

Free on site is available at Mater Private Hospital Redland, opposite the hospital reception and next to the main hospital building. There is also on-street parking available on Weippin Street which runs adjacent to the hospital campus.

It is recommended that if you are getting dropped off to hospital, your support person brings you to the front entrance and then parks at the front entrance for a short time while you are brought to the front foyer.

For your convenience, drop-off and pick-up areas are located at the entrance of the hospital on Weippin Street.

Free 24-hour parking is available at the hospital including disabled parking. Parking access via Rossella Street and Park Street.

Car park rates

Pimlico Campus patients may be dropped off or picked up at the main entrance on Fulham Road. Parking is available in the Hospital Car Park in Diprose Street. Roadside parking is also available in the streets around the Hospital. There are clearly marked parking spaces for disabled persons near the Fulham Road and Park Street entrances.

All patients and visitors using the hospital car park are required to pay before exiting at pay stations situated in the car park. You are able to pay using cash, Visa or Mastercard. All proceeds support Mater patient care. These car parks are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Parking is available onsite across our hospital with free 24-hour parking, however can become busy during peak periods. Public parking is available in adjacent streets, and notice of relevant constraints and restrictions should be noted at time of parking. Parking access via Spencer Street and Jessie Street.
