Rebecca Loughnan was appointed General Manager, Mater Private Hospital Rockhampton in June 2026, following a career across Mater and the broader health sector.
Ms Loughnan has held a number of senior leadership positions during her time with Mater, including Director of People Central Queensland, Manager Human Resources, and Director of Business Partnering and Organisational Development. She brings extensive experience in healthcare operations, workforce strategy and organisational leadership, along with a deep understanding of regional health services and the Rockhampton community.
