We’re proud to be a thriving women’s health practice specialising in fertility treatment, obstetrics and gynaecology. Centrally located in Spring Hill, just minutes from Brisbane’s CBD, our private practice is welcoming, modern and family friendly.

Our entire team is dedicated to providing the very best medical care and personal support to all of our patients.

Babies and children are always welcome and the practice has pram and wheelchair access. Please feel free to bring along your partner or a support person to your appointments.

From an early point in her medical training, Melissa knew she wanted to be a private Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. Melissa is very sociable and loves working with women. But when she entered into the public system, first for specialist training, and then later as a fellow who trains the next generation of medical students, she realised that she was unable to give the best personal and professional care to individual patients.

Delivers exclusively at Mater Mothers’ Private Brisbane and is a member of the all-female River City Obstetric Group.

Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm

Dr Melissa Luckensmeyer’s rooms are located on the corner of Boundary St and Bradley St, Spring Hill, directly behind St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital.
The building is grey, and Suite 3 is accessed via Bradley Street. While on the ground floor, there is a half-flight of stairs to be negotiated. If you have a pram, or otherwise need wheelchair access, please let us know so that we can help you into the rooms through a rear entrance (no stairs).
