Inner Boy – An app for men
Available free from October 1, 2024 the app invites 30 minutes of engagement a day, for 30 days, empowering men to heal. Inner Boy emphasises the pivotal role of community and collective healing in breaking the cycle of intergenerational trauma while advocating for healthy masculinity role modelling.
Inner Boy encourages men to overcome shame, while taking responsibility for their actions and their own healing. The app promotes positive mental health and a safer more empathetic society. “What we do not transform, we inevitably transmit”.

DVConnect Men's line - 1800 600 636

Queensland Men's line offers free and confidential support to assist men who are using abuse or experiencing absue in intimate or family relationships. Mensline can increase men's safety if they are fearful, or support men to chnage their abusive behaviour. Men's Line can refer men to specialised behaviour change programs in their community.

Domestic and Family Violence in Pregnancy
Domestic and family violence is when a person like a partner or family member uses power and control to dominate or hurt you. It can happen in many forms, like physical harm, insults, tracking your movements, breaking your things, or cutting you off from your friends.
For some women, domestic and family violence begins during their pregnancy, or this can be a time when it gets worse. Sometimes abuse is aimed at your unborn baby which can affect the wellbeing of you both.
