Allied Health

Neck and back pain, joint problems, muscle strains and sprains, repetitive strain injuries, postural problems, osteoporosis and osteoarthritis management, balance and mobility issues, rehabilitation following orthopaedic surgery.

Pelvic health and prostate support, including pre and post surgical recovery, exercise, and management of bladder and bowel issues, including incontinence.

Management of urinary incontinence, bowel incontinence, pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, pessary fittings, menopausal concerns, and persistent pelvic pain.

Treatment of pregnancy related pain (back and pelvic girdle pain), exercise advice, continence support, pelvic floor screening and assessment, vaginal birth preparation and perineal massage tutorial.

Treating concerns arising postnatally, including pelvic floor and abdominal wall assessment and recovery, musculoskeletal concerns (back and wrist pain), return to sport and exercise, and therapeutic ultrasound for blocked ducts and mastitis.

Multidisciplinary service for children, including occupational therapy, speech pathology, physiotherapy and more.

Located within the Springfield Doctors rooms, Mater Pathology's friendly collectors are paediatric-trained to support the whole family with blood and respiratory testing, as well as a range of specialty tests.

Group class to support your postnatal recovery, and guide you safely back to exercise.


The sessions focus on abdominal wall, pelvic floor, back, core stability and posture after birth. Individual assessments guide tailored stretches and exercises to rebuild core strength, and safely return to exercise.

Funding and referrals

Referrals are welcome but not required to book an appointment (unless you wish to access funding through the plans marked ^ below). We offer reduced gap payments for patients with a GP chronic condition management plan, a Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card.
