Welcome to Mater’s Video call (Telehealth) Services
‘Access Quality Healthcare from the Comfort of Your Home’
Mater offers Video call (Telehealth) appointments to clinically suitable patients in Outpatient Clinics.
When clinically appropriate, Video call can bring together people from multiple locations, providing an easy way to connect and share information with clinicians, patients and families. It is designed to complement and enhance access to in-person care.
What is Video call or Telehealth?
Video call (Telehealth) is a secure video-assisted healthcare consultation, achieved remotely via an internet-based video-call application. This will enable you to see, speak with and hear your clinician during your appointment, almost as though you were there in person.
