Dr Amit Sharma

Breast, colorectal, prostate and lung cancers.

Dr Sharma is a Medical Oncologist who completed his Internal Medicine Training in Ipswich and Mater Hospitals. He moved to Adelaide in 2010 and worked at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital for his advanced training in Medical Oncology.

Dr Sharma came back to Brisbane in 2012 to work as a Clinical Fellow in Medical Oncology at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. Since early 2013, he has been working as a Medical Oncologist at Toowoomba Hospital. During this time he has gained extensive experience in treating different types of solid cancers.

Dr Sharma is available as a private specialist Mater Private Hospital Springfield.

Dr Sharma treats patients with all solid malignancies with a special interest in breast, colorectal, prostate and lung cancers.
