Biography

Dr Andrew Hadj is a well-versed plastic surgeon who specialises in the areas of hand surgery, degenerative joint conditions, skin cancer surgery, breast and reconstructive surgery, restorative facial surgery and upper and lower limb reconstructive trauma surgery.

After completing his degree in medicine and medical training in Victoria, he then went on to further his specialised training with positions at Alfred Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital, Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, Princess Alexandra Hospital and Mater Hospital Brisbane.

Most recently, Dr Hadj has completed a posting as the locum surgeon at Townsville and Cairns Base Hospitals before completing a Hand Surgery Fellowship at Guys’ and St Thomas’ Hospital, London.

He returned to Australia in 2018 to become the staff specialist Plastics and Reconstructive Surgeon at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and Princess Alexandra Hospital.
