Dr Andrew Hadj is a well versed specialist plastic and reconstructive surgeon with experience across cosmetic, reconstructive and hand surgery. His areas of practice include otoplasty, abdominoplasty, breast surgery and gynaecomastia surgery, as well as skin cancer surgery, hand surgery, degenerative joint conditions, restorative facial surgery and upper and lower limb reconstructive trauma surgery.

After completing his medical degree and medical training in Victoria, Dr Hadj undertook advanced plastic surgical training at major hospitals in Victoria and Queensland, including The Alfred Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital, Royal Melbourne Hospital, Princess Alexandra Hospital and Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.

In 2017, Dr Hadj completed a postgraduate fellowship in hand, trauma and reconstructive microsurgery at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital in London. He returned to Australia in 2018 and was appointed as a staff specialist in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Hand and Upper Limb Surgery at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Wooloongabba, Brisbane.

Today, Dr Hadj combines his private plastic surgery practice with his role as a consultant surgeon. He is also a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland, where he contributes to surgical education, research, and the training and development of junior surgeons.
