Dr Chin Han Wong

Neurological rehabilitation from, amputee rehabilitation, orthopaedic rehabilitation, geriatric rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, deconditioning/immobility, spasticity, cognition disorders/capacity, prosthetics/orthotics, medical footwear.

Dr Wong completed his MD in 1997 and training in rehabilitation medicine in Malaysia in 2004. He established the Rehabilitation Medicine Unit at Sarawak General Hospital and was instrumental in setting up the Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Service in Sarawak in Malaysia. In 2006 he became the Director of Rehabilitation Service in Sarawak. 

After relocating to Australia in 2008 he became a fellow of the Australian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine in 2010. Dr Wong has been attached to the Anne Candle Rehabilitation Centre in Bendigo and Grace McKellar Rehabilitation Centre in Geelong prior to moving to the Gold Coast. He has worked as a consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine at Allamanda Private Hospital since December 2009 until relocation to Mater Private Hospital Gold Coast in March 2016.

Dr Wong offers a broad range of rehabilitation services including orthopaedic and amputee management and inpatient and outpatient programs.
