Biography
Originally from the Gold Coast, Dr Messer is excited to have returned home with his wife and four children to establish his private practice.
A medical graduate of The University of Queensland, Dr Messer was awarded a fellowship to the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2014. He undertook a two-year post-graduate fellowship in breast surgery at the Waikato Hospital in Hamilton, New Zealand, and the Westmead Breast Cancer Institute, Sydney.
Dr Messer offers specialist surgical management of benign and malignant breast conditions and oncoplastic breast reconstruction techniques. He holds operating privileges at Mater Private Hospital Gold Coast. Dr Messer is also currently the Director of BreastScreen Gold Coast.
