Biography
Dr Esra Sanli is an Australian trained ophthalmic surgeon and comprehensive ophthalmologist. She completed her undergraduate medical degree with Honours at the University of Tasmania and her specialist ophthalmology training at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney.
Dr Sanli undertook fellowship training at Cheltenham and Gloucester General hospitals in the United Kingdom. During this time, she indulged in her interest and passion for eyelid and cataract surgery under the guidance of world-renowned ophthalmic surgeon Mr Ric Caesar. She prides herself on providing high quality, evidence-based and individualised care to each one of her patients.
Dr. Sanli holds an appointment as a Staff Specialist at Gold Coast University Hospital and also consults in Southport and Tweed.
