Biography
Dr Ganesh Gnanasekaran is a Rehabilitation Physician consulting at Mater Private Hospital Rockhampton.
He attained his medical degree from the PSG Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, India.
Dr Gnanasekaran completed his rehabilitation medicine specialist training with the Australian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine and Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP).
He is a member of Rehabilitation Medicine Society of Australia and New Zealand (RMSANZ), International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (ISPRM) and Australian Medical Association (AMA).
Dr Gnanasekaran has special interest in managing spasticity and cervical dystonia and has gained extensive experience by working in metropolitan and regional hospitals throughout Queensland.
He is skilled in using ultrasound to enhance the injection of Botulinum Toxin A for spasticity and cervical dystonia.
