Biography
Dr Geoffrey Findlay is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who practices the full scope of the speciality with special interests in trauma and reconstructive surgery, orthognathic surgery, osseointegrated implants, 3D computer-assisted surgical planning and its application for specific cases.
He undertook his undergraduate and postgraduate training throughout Queensland and holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Science (BDSc Hons I), and Fellowship of The Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in Oral and Maxillofacial (FRACDS – OMS).
Dr Findlay is a consultant at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s hospital and is involved in the training and examination of registrars in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a past Chair of the RACDS Board of Study (OMS) and Queensland Regional Surgical Committee Director of Training.
Dr Findlay grew up in the Bundaberg area and now enjoys providing care to the Bundaberg community.
