Biography
Dr Harrie Swanepoel is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with more than 25 years’ experience.
Dr Swanepoel graduated from University of Pretoria in South Africa with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery. He completed his post graduate specialist training as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at the University of Pretoria, South Africa and further post graduate training in Belgium, France, Germany and Australia. He is a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
Before moving into private practice, Dr Swanepoel was Director of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Bundaberg Base Hospital.
Dr Swanepoel speaks many languages including Afrikaans and Flemish/Dutch.
Dr Swanepoel is committed to keeping up to date with the latest advancements in his field.
