Gastroscopy and colonoscopy (including open access), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), bowel cancer screening and polyp surveillance, iron deficiency anaemia, coeliac disease, reflux and peptic ulcer disease, functional GI disorders / Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
Biography
Dr Laura Willmann is a specialist gastroenterologist with key interests in inflammatory bowel disease and bowel cancer screening. She was accepted as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2022 after completing gastroenterology and hepatology training in Sydney and the Gold Coast, including an additional year of subspecialty experience in inflammatory bowel disease.
Dr Willman holds a public appointment as a Staff Specialist at Gold Coast University Hospital, and consults privately through Mater Private Hospital Gold Coast. She is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred and evidence-based gastroenterology care for all of her patients.
