Biography

Dr Mark Robinson grew up and was educated in Brisbane. He graduated from the University of Queensland in 1986 and commenced work at the Princess Alexandra Hospital the following year.

After completing his orthopaedic training he then went on to complete a Fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at the Sydney Hand unit then completed a further Fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at the Wrightington Upper Limb Unit in the United Kingdom.

He has returned to Brisbane and operates a private practice in Hand and Limb surgery based at the Mater Private Clinic.  He is also visiting Orthopaedic Surgeon at Princess Alexandra Hospital and member of the Upper Limb unit at the hospital.

He participates in educational programs for both medical students and post graduate orthopaedic trainees.

He enjoys contact with patients, families and other medical practitioners and his speciality allows him the opportunity to fulfil both areas of interest and interpersonal contact.
