Biography

Dr Mike Wong is a passionate General Paediatrician. He believes in working with families to provide the best paediatric care with compassion and empathy.

Mike studied medicine at the University of Queensland before training in paediatrics at the Royal Children's Hospital in Brisbane. He completed his training with a clinical fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto in paediatric emergency medicine. Mike was awarded his Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2018.

Mike is interested in all aspects of general paediatrics with particular interests in respiratory, urgent care and neonates.

Mike and his wife are back enjoying life on the Gold Coast after their adventure abroad in Canada. When not at work, Mike enjoys surfing on the Gold Coast and playing with his young daughter.
