Dr Nick Palmer is an experienced general surgeon who has been operating at Mater Private Hospital Rockhampton for more than a decade.

Dr Palmer undertook his medical training in New Zealand, where he was born and raised, before completing his post-graduate training in the United Kingdom, with a short period of voluntary work in the Sahara Desert, before moving to Rockhampton.
