Biography

Dr Nicola Slee is an ear, nose and throat surgeon who enjoys practicing in all areas of her specialty with a special interest in Paediatric ENT including complex airway pathology.

Dr Slee is a medical graduate from the University of Queensland. She completed her advanced surgical training in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery in 2007 through the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Subsequently Dr Slee underwent fellowship training in advanced Paediatric Otorhinolaryngology in Dublin, Ireland as well as observerships at Great Ormond Street, London and Boston Children’s Hospital.

Post fellowship Dr Slee returned to Brisbane to commence a Staff Specialist position at the Mater Children’s and Adult Hospital and Ipswich Hospital. Dr Slee commenced private practice in 2010 with her rooms at the Taylor Medical Centre in Woolloongabba and has a public appointment at the Queensland Children's Hospital (formerly the new Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital).

Dr Slee is a member of The Australian Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery (ASOHNS) and the Australian New Zealand Society of Paediatric Otorhinolaryngology (ANZSPO).
