Dr Samuel Davies is a Brisbane-based urologist with expertise in robotic surgery,

hyperplasia (BPH), including Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP)
and Aqua Ablation.
He consults and operates at Mater Private Hospital Brisbane and Springfield,
where he provides personalised care for patients with prostate, bladder, and
kidney conditions. His approach combines cutting-edge technology with
compassionate, patient-centred care.
Dr Davies completed his medical training at the University of Wollongong,
followed by postgraduate qualifications in surgical anatomy and a Master of
Surgery. He was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of
Surgeons (FRACS) in Urology in 2024 after training in leading centres across
Queensland and New South Wales.
To further refine his skills, Dr Davies undertook a prestigious fellowship at Guy’s
and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in London, gaining sub-specialty
experience alongside world-leading experts in robotic and open uro-oncology
surgery and advanced BPH techniques.
He is one of only a few Queensland urologists fellowship-trained in HoLEP and is
