Dr Samuel Jones

Upper and lower gastrointestinal, lung, prostate and urogenital, melanoma, breast, CNS and gynaecological malignancies.

Dr Jones completed his undergraduate medical training at the University of Queensland in 2007. He undertook basic physician training at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, and completed 3 years of advanced training in Medical Oncology in 2016. This training included work at the Royal Brisbane, Princess Alexandra, Mater, Toowoomba and Gold Coast Hospitals.

He worked as a Staff Specialist at the Gold Coast University Hospital and Cairns Base Hospital throughout 2016.

He is currently employed as a Medical Oncologist at Mater Hospital Brisbane working at Mater Cancer Care Centre Brisbane. He is currently involved in several phase 3 clinical trials at Mater.
