Biography
Dr Geffen is an experienced rehabilitation physician with a special interest in sports medicine and pain management. He has been at Mater Private Hospital Brisbane since the inception of rehabilitation services in 2001.
Dr Geffen was the former team doctor for Australian representative Thaiboxing teams and the South Sydney Rugby League Club. He holds a general practice degree (FRACGP) and is a senior lecturer at the University of Queensland in the School of Medicine.
Dr Geffen’s treatment programs have been featured in multiple media stories.
Dr Geffen is a keen organic gardener and a surfer whose enthusiasm far outstrips his skill level.
