Oncoplastic breast cancer surgery, breast implant reconstruction, thyroidectomy, parathyroidectomy, selective neck dissection, melanoma and skin cancer surgery.

Dr Leong is a specialist breast and endocrine surgeon. Dr Leong holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, from The University of Queensland. Dr Leong has completed basic and advanced surgical training in Queensland. 

In 2008, Dr Leong was admitted as a fellow in general surgery of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Dr Leong completed a Breast Surgical Oncology and Endocrine Fellowship year at the New South Wales Breast Cancer Institute, Westmead Hospital. 

Dr Leong is a Visiting Consulting Surgeon (VMO) at Breastscreen Queensland and Breastscreen New South Wales. 

Having been a breast and endocrine surgeon on the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales for more than 11 years, Dr Leong has considerable experience in the surgical management of breast cancer, thyroid cancer, thyroid nodules, goitres and hyperparathyroidism.
