Biography
Dr Tanya Davenport is an obstetrician and gynaecologist at Mater Private Hospital Rockhampton.
She completed her medical degree at James Cook University in 2005 and began her internship and Junior House Officer role at the Rockhampton Hospital from 2006. She undertook her specialist training in Queensland as part of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and completed rotations at the Gold Coast Hospital, Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, and Nambour General Hospital.
Dr Davenport completed her senior registrar years at Mackay Base Hospital and was a staff specialist in obstetrics and gynaecology at the hospital before opening her private practice in Rockhampton.
