Biography

Dr Terence Chou is a consultant neurologist with over 24 years’ experience managing a broad range of neurological conditions. He has been a neurology specialist since commencing practice in Taiwan in 1996 and has since worked as a consultant neurologist at Gold Coast University Hospital and Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr Chou has undertaken neurological research at the Queensland Brain Institute and completed a Master of Neuroscience at The University of Queensland. He has a longstanding interest in medical and neurology education and is currently a Senior Lecturer at Griffith University School of Medicine and Dentistry.

Dr Chou has extensive knowledge and experience in the diagnosis and management of neurological conditions. He is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centred care and is recognised for his clear communication and attentive approach.
