Biography
Dr Paul Finighan is a Specialist Rehabilitation Physician based at both Mater Private Hospital Rockhampton and Rockhampton Base Hospital.
He specialises in general rehabilitation, cardiac, orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation, balance and falls prevention, pain, trauma, and reconditioning of the deconditioned patient.
Dr Finighan completed his Medical degree at the University of Wollongong in 2015 and completed his fellowship in Rehabilitation Medicine in 2022. He has extensive experience in rehabilitation across a range of hospitals within both public and private sectors. This includes training at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, Prince Charles Hospital, the Spinal Injuries and the Brain Injuries Units at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Sunshine Coast University Hospital and Eden Hospital.
