If you are eligible for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding, or have already been approved, please get in touch with our team to discuss how best to tailor your care plan.
 

Mater at Home is a registered NDIS provider

The NDIS can be confusing and it is sometimes difficult to understand funding arrangements and find services that work for you, your family and your carers. Since the beginning of the program, we have been working alongside clients to support them with their NDIS-funded allied health solutions. We will work with you to tailor a range therapies that will help build your capacity to do the important things in life. Eligibility checklist

  • Are you aged between seven and 65?*
  • Do you live in Australia and have Australian residency?
  • Do you usually need support from a person because of a permanent and significant disability? 
  • Do you use special equipment because of a permanent and significant disability? 
  • Do you need some supports now to reduce your future needs?

*Please note, Mater at Home services are available to people aged 18 years and older.
