Visiting hours
At Mater we recognise the importance of visiting your loved ones at times that are convenient to you. We encourage family and friends to visit patients between 10 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 8 pm, seven days a week.
Please note, to ensure patients have adequate rest and recovery periods, we promote a rest period between 12 pm and 3 pm.
We kindly ask that visitors do not come if they’re unwell. For safety reasons, we are a locked ward. Visitors must use the intercom and wait to be admitted by a staff member.
