We want to empower you to achieve your health and wellbeing goals. Take a look at our different allied health services. If you are eligible for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding, or have already been approved, please get in touch with our team to discuss how best to tailor your care plan.
The NDIS can be confusing and it is sometimes difficult to understand funding arrangements and find services that work for you, your family and your carers. Since the beginning of the program, we have been working alongside clients to support them with their NDIS-funded allied health solutions. We will work with you to tailor a range therapies that will help build your capacity to do the important things in life. If you think we may be a good match for your journey, contact us to find out more.
If you answered yes to the questions above, then you may be eligibile to access NDIS funding. To find out more about your eligibility or how to apply for funding, take a look at the NDIS website for more information.
*Please note, Mater at Home services are available to people aged 18 years and older.
